Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. We want our customers to be happy with our quality products and excellent customer service. If we fail at either, we want to make it right!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and full refund if you are unhappy with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ogresupply.com. Please provide details as to why you would with to return the item, provide proof of purchase, and let us know if you are seeking a refund or exchange.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. See below for warranty information.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Coverage
Ogre Outdoor and Garden Supply (“Ogre”) warrants that this roll-up gardening tool bag is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, proper use for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase.
This warranty also covers tears that occur during proper, intended use of the product.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Damage caused by accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality
- Damage resulting from improper storage or use outside intended purposes
Remedy
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Ogre Outdoor and Garden Supply will, at its sole discretion, provide either:
- A replacement product at no cost to the customer, including standard shipping, or
- A refund of the original purchase price
Replacement products may vary in color, fabric, or design, as exact matches cannot be guaranteed due to product updates or availability.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, customers must:
- Provide proof of purchase
- Describe the issue clearly
- Provide photos of the defect if requested
Claims should be submitted through the original point of purchase or directly to Ogre Outdoor and Garden Supply.
Geographic Limitation
This warranty applies only within the United States.
Limitations
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Ogre Outdoor and Garden Supply.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
Ogre Outdoor and Garden Supply shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
